They enable suppliers of accounting software, for example, to offer full-fledged banking features to their customers. With their solution, these organizations transform their platforms into all-in-one financial solutions, where business users, for example, have both their bank and accounting matters under one roof.
In itself, the integration of banking and accounting provides many different opportunities to make life a lot easier for entrepreneurs. But the start-up can go one step further, and they're happy to do that. Because they form a layer between the accounting software and banks, they can analyse and redesign existing features, and thus offer a more user-friendly way than the banks themselves. In addition, it offers them the opportunity to develop features that they miss at the banks, and features that the banks cannot offer because they do not have access to the accounting software.
It should come as no surprise that this start-up has recently received significant funding.
Whitelabeled banking features
- Design new whitelabeled banking features for apps and web applications, such as borrowing, expense management and AI.
- Further developing and improving the banking features.
Configuration & Management features
- Design and improve features for developers to configure and embed the white label bank.
- Design and improve features for administrators to run the bank.
Design system:
- Maintaining and expanding the design system with a focus on scalability.
- Ensuring consistency in visual and interaction patterns across all touch points.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless component deployment.
- Contributing to strategic planning and standardization within the system.
The team currently consists of 13 professionals, including 7 Developers, and a Product Owner. Together, the team is working on the development of whitelabeled banking features and associated configuration and management tools. The team works in a hybrid way, with flexibility to work from the office in Amsterdam (at least 1 day per week) and from home.

Striving for more user-friendly business banking solutions has been an important motivation for the founders to launch this embedded solution. Integrating banking and accounting into one platform offers many opportunities to make people's lives more enjoyable. However, removing obstacles by integrating features is not the only way to increase usability. People are also taking a critical look at how online banking features are traditionally put together and are trying to offer these features in a better way in their platform.
It is not infrequently that start-ups originate from technology. Within such an organization, it can be difficult to get UX properly on the map. What is unique about this start-up is that the founders all come from the field of product design, and that offering a better user experience was the primary motive for starting this company. As a senior Product Designer, you will therefore be among like-minded people here and UX advocacy will play a smaller role than you would expect in a start-up.
